Bonta and Rumble v. Bonta, Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys represent satire website The Babylon Bee, California attorney and blogger Kelly Chang Rickert, and Rumble, operator of a large video-sharing platform that hosts a variety of content, including political commentary.

WASHINGTON – The United States government, 19 states, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, religious organizations, anonymous donors to pregnancy centers, the ACLU, and many other business and advocacy groups from across the full ideological spectrum filed friend-of-the-court briefs Thursday with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, a collection of five faith-based pregnancy centers in New Jersey.

WASHINGTON – Multiple parental rights advocates, psychiatrists, and school district officials—along with 21 states and Guam—filed friend-of-the-court briefs Thursday with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of New England parents that are suing Ludlow School Committee officials. The district enacted a gender-identity policy that excludes parents from any knowledge or involvement in key decisions regarding their children’s care, blatantly violating parents’ fundamental right to direct their kids’ upbringing, education, and health care.
